dCBD is EnLinker-CBH2-EnLinker-CBH1 from T.reesei (BBa_K1321340). Please refer to BBa_K1321005 for detailed information on synthetic phytochelatin EC(20). Both dCBD and the phytochelatin were designed and ordered from GeneArt® Gene (Invitrogen™ Life Technologies).
