BBa_J63010 Add Review 4 Not understood Cajofranklin

Several members of the Silver lab use this plasmid routinely for biobricks based assemblies. We find that it is very reliable for standard assemblies. Typically a 5 mL overnight culture of TOP10 cells carrying this plasmid can be mini-prepped to provide ~10 ug of plasmid.
