Design Notes

This target was designed to be cloned into the forwards GFP testing module, so is surrounded by the restriction sites Mau BI and Mlu I. MluI and MauBI are compatible restriction sites hence when cloning with this part or the testing module dephosphorylation of the cut ends using CIP is required.
