RBS + NpuDnaE N-intein RFC[105] non-splicing control construct (with His6)

This NpuDnaE(N*) intein assembly construct can serve as a control for the splicing reaction. The N-terminal cystein residue was mutated to a glycine to prevent the nucleophilic attack which initiates protein splicing. Read more about the intein assembly construct in BBa_K1362100.
