The cueo promoter with a gfp reporter

The cueo is regulated by copper-responsive protein CueR which can bind its promoter as same as copa.It was linked with a repoter(BBa_E0840) so that we can compare it with other two candidates,copa promoter(BBa_K1555000) and maro(BBa_K1555001).
