Modified rhlB coding sequence from Pseudomonas aeruginosa SQ6

RhlB together with RhlA encodes Rhamnosyltransferase I for mono-rahmnolipids biosynthesis in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. This part includes bp upstream noncoding gene and bp downstreanm gene of RhlB. Two mutations have been done to remove the PstI restriction sites contained in the coding sequence, which won't change the amino acid sequence.
