Plac-RFP(AAV)

Lactose/IPTG inducible promoter with RFP reporter tagged with AAV-ssrA degradation tag followed by terminator. The tagged RFP is actively degraded within cell, thus it provides better temporal resolution of red fluorescence and promoter activity.
