pConst + Riboswitch + BSMT1

BSMT1 opt. activated with a constitutive promotor, regulated a riboswitch.

BSMT1 opt. (BBa_K1255001) encodes SAM benzoic acid/salicylic acid carboxyl methyltransferase, which is a molecule catalyzes the salicylic acid to methyl salicylate. In order to do it, there must be added 10mM of salicylic acid to produce a winter green aroma. Besides this device has a constitutive promotor (BBa_J23119), it is regulated by a Riboswitch (BBa_K115017) that is a RBS but with a loop that unfolds at a temperature around of 32º C.
