Design Notes

selection gene for that confers the resistance to Kanamycin/Neomycin antibiotics. part is a synthetic construct also used in the registry's pSB3K5 plasmid backbone.

this part was used as a selection gene for the P.A.S.E. 1 and 2 cassettes.

this part contains the promoter, CDS and stop codon.

part was extracted from the pKD4 plasmid and is similar to entry EU496093 on Genbank.
