Applications of BBa_K1204022

The histogram below compares the background fluorescence of the DBY12397 strain of yeast compared to the fluorescence of DBY12397+BBa_K1204022. 3x20A.jpg
These results show that the modified promoter TEF1+bs3x20A initiates transcription of the reporter gene yEVenus.

Blue = DBY12397 (negative control)

Red = DBY12397 with BBa_K1204022+yEVenus (reporter)
