Applications of BBa_K1204015

The histogram below compares the background fluorescence of the DBY12397 strain of yeast compared to the fluorescence of DBY12397+BBa_K1204015.

These results show that the modified promoter TEF1+bs1x16C fails to initiate transcription of the reporter gene yEVenus.

Blue = DBY12397 (negative control)

Red = DBY12397 with BBa_K1204015+yEVenus (reporter)
