Applications of BBa_K891003

UI Indonesia iGEM team 2013 helps improving this part by modifying the gene sequence. This part have illegal restriction site at the 808th nucleic acid. Therefore it is not compatible with RFC cloning method. We modify the sequence to clear up the restriction site. The improved part is BBa_K1182000.
