Applications of BBa_K1033104

This part was sucessfully cloned from the chromosome of a d5alpha e.coli with overhangs containing ribosome binding site B0034. As it contained an ilegal SpeI site, mutagenisation was sucessfully performed. The sequencencing was done at GATC biotch and Uppsla Genome center. We were unsucessful in assembling any promoter to the mutagenized construct, and as such could not further characterize the part.
