Design Notes

The promoter Qrr4 from Cholera that is sensitive to the cascade of proteins that are activated when cholera auto-inducers are present was attached onto RFP using soeing PCR. A hard terminator was added to the end of RFP.

Qrr4 is from Vibrio Cholerae. RFP is from pSB1C3.
