Applications of BBa_K1157013

We used ELISA plate reader to read the fluorescence of this inhibitory circuit biosensor. Because fluorescence protein is constitutively expressed, this function tests the "reduced amount" of fluorescence. We culture the biosensor in LB overnight and dilute the medium until OD=0.1. We then add AHL into the medium to test results from 10-3 M to 10-9 M. Data is taken every hour from 0 to 6 hours. We can see that under higher AHL concentrations, the fluorescence is inhibited compared to the control group.
