Our promoter J100129 was not cloned successfully as indicated by the presence of just green fluorescence. We tried to clone it into Part:BBa_J119137, and it we had, the colonies would not be green. Unfortunately, all of ours were green. The following is a graph detailing the fluorescence per optical density. This is not a measure of our promoter since we did not clone it into the plasmid. This is part of an undergraduate biology lab assignment.
