iGEM Team Braunschweig 2013 successfully used this part for the construction of BBa_K1073035 to induce expression of a beta-lactamase gene under regulation of the rhl quorum sensing promoter.

BBa_K1073014 iGEM Team Braunschweig 2013

This device was successfully used in the contruction of BBa_K1073035. We were able to induce the expression of a beta lactamase gene under the regulation of the rhl quorum sensing system promoter when adding autoinducer N-buturyl-HSL to the culture broth.
