Design Notes

Sequence is from Saccharomyces cerevisiae Reference Strain S288C chromosome III coordinates 71603 to 71803, in the promoter region of the FUS1/YCL027W coding sequence. It is very similar to the FUS1 promoter well characterized by the 2012 TU-Delft iGEM Team (see Part:BBa_K775004). However, the two sequences do differ:
