Applications of BBa_K1116001
We designed the following circuit(Figure A) in our project,which BBa_K1116001 serves as a auxiliary node .BBa_K1116002 serves as another auxiliary node in control design(Figure B).
In our design , fluorescent protein (EYFP) as a reporter reflects the output of the system. By testing the mean output values and the relationship between the output and the DNA copy number,we can check whether the plasmid work or not.
