CRISPR CasA E. coli (Modern)

The E. coli CRISPR system uses the CASCADE complex to target invasive DNA. CasA is the first subunit of the CASCADE complex and is responsible for the initial identification of invasive DNA. This part can be used with casBCDE to create the full CASCADE protein complex.
