B-galactosidase activity measured at 30, 35, and 37 C. These are single samples; we plan to repeat. Even though these are single samples, this data agrees with plate assays for LacZ activity.

A graphic of how our RNA thermosensor folds using the RNA predictor RNA fold in Matlab. Mutations present are indicated by arrows. Mutations were identified by comparing to the parent thermosensor, MutaBBa_K619893.
