Design Notes

The original CAR gene contained six illegal cut sites for BioBrick BB-2 RFC[12]: three NotI sites, two PstI sites, and one EcoRI sites. The two PstI sites and one EcoRI site were mutagenized (see features). However, three NotI sites remain.
