MetA Knockout Complementation by British Columbia iGEM 2012

This part was able to complement a MetA knockout, with growth increasing with increasing arabinose concentration. The following graph also shows the MetA knockout without the complementary gene. 800px-MetA_complementation.png To generate this graph we cultured the MetA knockout transformed with this part in M9 minimal media with the indicated concentrations of arabinose, and measured the OD600 every 15 minutes. - Jacob Toth
