Design Notes

Linked generators, one of ArsR under pArs and a separate RFP under pArs. The basal transcription rate of ArsR was found to raise the threshold of the production of RFP, essentially setting or "tuning" the later generator. See related parts BBa_K935004 and BBa_K935005.
