Citrine reporter with a Kozak sequence for expression in Xenopus

*** WARNING : THIS PART HAS BEEN MERGED WITH BBa_K812030. IT IS AVAILABLE IN pSB1C3 AND IN FROG-READY PLASMID BACKBONES BBa_K812000.***

Citrine gene flanked by a kozak sequence for eukaryotic expression in biobrick format. This is designed to be used in mammalian and ovarion expression systems. The backbone of the plasmid is pCS2+ with the CMV promoter is BBa_K812000 and the J04450 is replaced by the mCitrine BBa_K812030, it is ready for immediate use in Xenopus.
This part was characterized and the result is below. Tadpoles have 4 days (near stage 46) and the expression of mCitrine is localized in tail's muscles. perdu
