Design Notes

Note that there is an RBS sequence just before LasI; in order to be easily used with quorum sensing receiver devices such as BBa_F2620 or BBa_K772004. Moreover, LacI sequence is added in order to regulate the whole part in the assays by using IPTG tp stop the inhibition of LacI. To do this, pLac promoter with RBS (e.g. J04500) must be assembled.
