Design Notes

There are two protein sequences between domains and the dock: One between the binding domain (antibody) and dock and one between the part of TEV protease.

Also, in order to use this part and to allow this part to work properly, the designer needs to assemble this part with its conjugate: [BBa_K772002][1]

CD225 (EpCAM antibody) is commonly used for the test of presence of EpCAM in the laboratories. The sequences of OmpA and TEV protease terminuses are acquired from the Registry.
