Applications of BBa_J54103

We used this as basc part. We insert promoter regulated by molecule in this between prefix and suffix.

We use this promoterless-GFP as negative control for assay to test the promoter regulated by inducer.


2011_Oct_4 Sequence is corrected


The Dundee iGEM 2012 Team re-sequenced the GFP gene in this biobrick and also cloned it into pSB1C3 with the correct RFC[10] standard prefix and suffix sequences flanking exactly the open reading frame. The new biobrick is called BBa_K895006.
