Design Notes

BBa_B0034, CDS of LacI mutant (from BBa_K395400) and BBa_B0015 were connected directly to SulA408 promoter (BBa_K819017).

LacI mutant was from 2012 Spring Distribution Kit of Partregistry (BBa_K395400).
