Applications of BBa_K861178

In comparison with biobrick BBa_K861176, cells with BBa_K861178 has a low growth rate. On the other hand, fluorescence intensity of BBa_K861178 is less than that of BBa_K861176 in the same glucose concentration,that is to say that expression of CRP has great effect on Pcar.
