LuxI expression device activated by arabinose(Regulated by RBS of 0.07 strength)

This part contains pBAD promoter, rbs of 0.07 strength, LuxI producer and double terminator. Once the promoter pBAD is activated by arabinose, this part can produce LuxI protein. The LuxI protein synthesize a small, diffusible acyl-homoserinelactone (AHL) signaling molecule. The AHL accumlates as the cell density increases, and it can bind with the LuxR protein. The LuxR-AHL can activate promoter LuxPR, which we used as the promoter of the GFP expression device(BBa_K750006) in our project.
