pBADcIT-PtetcIT-PcIGLT: arabinose or atc->cI protein->reduction of gfp(lva)

This part contains pBADcIT(BBa_K750104),PtetcIT(BBa_K750102),PcIGLT(BBa_K750103). Adding arabinose or atc can repress the expression of GFP from PcIGLT. In our original thoughts, we need plenty kind of logic gates to achieve number-switching of 0,1,2. And we chose this logic gate for our project.
