Design Notes

The promoter part BBa_J23110is sufficiently strong to yield expression levels making the blue protein clearly visible and eventually opaque.

Source

The protein was discovered, extracted and analyzed in (Shkrob, 2005). It was synthesized by Bioneer Corporation, codon optimized for E.coli.
