Applications of BBa_K886000

We used this part for the Plug&Play machine, it worked. It was used as part in a receptor plasmid - the Cre recombination mechanism inserted the PCR-amplified DNA at the lox71 site.

It was used for building the part BBa_K886001, that can be used for building a Plug&Play Machine version under the control of any desired promoter.
