PtetcIT:atc sensor(J23119 promoter) with cI system

This part contains a constitutive promoter(BBa_J23119) and a tetR QPI(BBa_Q0040). It takes (anhydro)tetracyclin as the input signal, and the parts behind will produce corresponding output signal. In our project, this part is ligated with the CI protein expression system() to make up a atc sensor with CI.
