Design Notes

The nucleotidic sequence of CysDes was optimized by Genscript, thus it does not correspond to the natural sequence found in Treponema denticola. The sequence of the lac operator corresponds to the pET21b sequence.

CysDes nucleotidic sequence was synthesized by Genscript and subcloned into pSB1C3 to create part BBa_K731600.
