Design Notes

This part is composed of K731300 + a tac promoter followed by a Lac operator that corresponds to the lac operator sequence found in pET21b. tac promoter and lac operator were amplified by PCR starting from a synthesized sequence composed of prefix-lacI-lacIq-Ptac-lacO-CysDes-suffix in pUC57.
