Design Notes

No special design consideration were taken during the biobrick designing. At any moment was necesarry because apparently this fragment had no tarqet sequences for the standard restriction enzymes used and recomended by the parts registry. Despite of our initial cdonsideration, the biobrick has target sequences for three of the enzymes
