IPTG Inducible sfGFP tagged Cysteine desulfhydrase (CysDes)

This composite part is the same as BBa_K731400 but with the add of a sfGFP (superfolder GFP) downstream. This reporter gene is very useful to check and measure the expression of an upstream gene, that in this case codes for a cysteine desulfhydrase; its role is converting cysteine into pyruvate, ammonia and hydrogen sulfide.
