Applications of BBa_J100090

This synthetic CRISPR system has been tested, and in that experiment the system might have worked, but more testing is needed for clarification/confirmation. There were only 3 colonies on the plate, and this system might have destroyed the Amp resistance but not the GFP. CRISPR long.jpg

  • C1, C2, and C3 should have only displayed red fluorescence, but there was only green fluorescence.
