Alias: DF6

Usage and Biology

Double mCherry red fluorescent protein that enters the nucleus (via the NLS tag) and binds to Gal4 DNA sequences (via Gal4DB). It is designed to be repressed by either miR-34 (via miRts CDK6) or miR-luc (via miRts luc).
