FseI restriction endonuclease

The coding sequence for the FseI restriction endonuclease codon optimized for use in E. coli. The enzyme will cleave DNA at sites with the sequence 5'...GGCCGG|CC...3'. The cutting position is indicated by '|'

Used to cut specific DNA sequences that FseI recognizes. DOES NOT contain start codon.
