See also BBa_K614001 which uses the same promoter with the amplifier designed by the Cambridge 2009 team. See also BBa_K614002 which uses the same promoter with an arabinose induced BamH1 coding region, submitted by the UC Berkeley 2007 iGEM team, to trigger the death of the bacterium.
