pYMB essentials + RBS(Pmsp3) + LLO

pYMB is a shuttle vector for manipulating and transforming gene into AMB-1. RBS(Pmsp3) is the RBS site from Pmsp3, the strongest promoter of AMB-1 . LLO (Listeriolysin O) can make the bacteria be able to escape into the cytosol without damaging the plasma membrane, and grow intracellularly. which help protect the AMB-1 from extracellular immune system. The ribosome binding site is from Pmsp3.(BBa_K624012).
