Design Notes

Because of the four RE site, EcoR1, Xba1, Spe1 and Pst1, before and after the coding region, those RE site should not exist in the coding region.There are two EcoR1 site in original sequence of ilvC. Those RE site in the ilvC has been modified by point mutation.

The gene is cloned by Zeng , NCTU-Formosa. It comes from Escherichia coli str. K-12 substr. MG1655
