rbs-cheZ_histag-terminators

This is a device that enable the control of cheZ(histag) expression using IPTG. The pLacIq promoter enables high level of expression of the LacI repressor protein. The LacI protein represses the Plac promoter. IPTG binds with LacI repressor protein and remove the inhibiting effect of the LacI on the pLac promoter. This part does not pose any biological threat.

we confirmed K283008 in K283030 doesn't have sequence of RBS and stop codon.-Tokyo_Metropolitan 2011
