D. radiodurans radioresistance genes expression device

D. radiodurans PprI, PprA, PprM and RecA attached downstream of LacI constitutive promoter and ribosome binding site. Constitutively expresses these 4 proteins and should increase DNA damage repair capability and radioresistance of host E. coli.
