Wax Ester Synthase with 8-His Tag

Maqu_0168 Wax Ester Synthase from Marinobacter aquaeolei (EC 2.3.1.75). Contains a 8-Histidine tag immediately before the stop codon to allow gel identification and extraction. The Wax Ester Synthase converts fatty acyl-CoA and fatty alcohols into wax esters.
