AAR-ADC-PSB1C3-High constitutive

This part consists of a Acyl-ACP Reductase to Aldehyde Decarbonylase (AAR-ADC) direct gene fusion with a linker for co-localization in a PSB1C3 high consititutive vector. 2011 University of Washington Team has designed and constructed this to see if this can increase the alkane product yield by bringing two enzymes closer to each other. For more information, refer to [http://2011.igem.org/Team:Washington 2011 UW iGEM Team's wiki].

More information about the direct fusion construct BBa_K590051 can be found under the part's page.
