Design Notes

Zif268 binding site in the promoter region to initiate expression of His3 and URA3 only when a zinc finger is bound properly.

Note: two illegal Pst1 sites (bases 2-7 and 812-817) were removed using Quikchange, but those sites have not yet been sequence verified.
